Sheboygan and Ozaukee Counties

The Countywide Library Service Memos are published quarterly by the Eastern Shores Library System.  Copies are sent to the county clerks in Sheboygan and Ozaukee Counties for distribution to county board members.  Copies are also sent to the chairperson/president and clerk of each village and township in the two counties that do not have a public library.
