You have been hearing about EasiCat—it’s here!

EasiCat is the shared catalog of all of the items owned by the bookmobile and the 13 public libraries in Sheboygan and Ozaukee Counties.

Customers who go to a public library are able to view EasiCat and place a hold on the item(s) they want.  We want to do the same on the Bookmobile.  However, we do not have the space for public access computers. 

If you wish to request an item, tell us and we will search EasiCat for you.   We will place the hold for you and bring it to your stop when it becomes available or ship it to the library of your choice.  However, if you have Internet access at home, where you work, or where you attend school, you can go to www.easicat.net and  place a hold, and select the Eastern Shores Bookmobile as the site where you want to pick up the item.

Our current system allows us to view your record and print a receipt of all items you have checked out.  Unfortunately, our wireless connections are not always working and the printout you may  receive when you check out might only show the barcode number(s) of the items you checked out today and the due date.  If you call our office or e-mail us, we will be happy to tell you which items you have checked out.  If you have Internet access, you will be able to check your record yourself.
